With that said, House of Cards is a masterpiece of a series with the first couple of seasons being the best political television in history. This cross-production between CBS in Canada and Netflix is absolutely exemplary.
We didn’t quite know how this title was going to go down given it’s almost been four decades since The Dark Crystal first arrived in cinemas. Thankfully, age has been kind on this title and instantly shoots it up to one of the very best TV series on Netflix right now. Not everyone is a fan of Chuck Lorre’s vast comedy library but The Kominsky Method shouldn’t be clumped with his traditional network TV filler. Instead, it’s an excellent premium comedy with Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin putting in superb performances throughout.
